I’m a faith-inspired, values-based, purpose-driven, servant leader and a lifelong student of servant leadership.
Outside of knowing God and making Him known, my highest calling is leading my family well.
I’m passionate about living intentionally and adding value to people. I enjoy working out, doing hard things, having a ton of fun, and celebrating those around me.
I believe failure is the fuel of change.
I roast myself regularly and try to bring humor into almost everything I do.

In 2019, God called me out of my career with the U.S. Marshals Service and into ministry.
I told my wife, “This doesn’t make sense.”
She said, “Jeremy, ignoring God’s call...that’s what doesn’t make sense.”

Federal Agent - U.S. Marshal

For 12 years, I hunted violent offenders and fugitives as part of the U.S. Marshals Service.
I served as a Team Leader with the North Texas Fugitive Task Force and Gulf Coast Task Force, specializing in gang members and violent sex offenders.
My work included leading national and international joint-agency investigations and prosecutions.
Additionally, as a Tactical Training Officer, I had the honor of equipping elite teams with dynamic tactics and arrest techniques.
I miss the mission - but more than that, I miss the incredible brothers and sisters I served alongside in the USMS.

American Ninja Warrior

Three seasons of ridiculous fun, grit, and adrenaline on American Ninja Warrior-2014, 2015, and 2017.
In 2015, I made it to the National Finals.
Why do it? Because hard things make you better.
Because comfort never brings change.
We need hard. The kind of hard that stretches you, sharpens you, and reminds you... you’re capable of more than you think.
You were made for impact. For legacy. You were made with a PURPOSE.
But too many settle for good when great is still in them.
That’s why we all need a Coach. A Guide. A voice that pulls the greatness out.

U.S. Marine

It was my honor to serve this country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where I led teams conducting clandestine intelligence and tactical operations overseas.
I also had the privilege of serving as a Marine Corps Combatives Instructor, training warriors for what they’d face in the fight.

That wasn’t just a motto...it was a mindset we lived by.
